My name is Gijsbert Maarten Ewout van Bekkum. I was born on the 25th of March in 1988 in Delft which is in the province Zuid-Holland in the Netherlands. I lived in the Netherlands for 12 years. On the 10th of January 2000 I moved along with my parents and sister to Atlanta, Georgia in the United States. My parents now reside near Berkeley Lake in Georgia. I'm currently finishing up my undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering at Georgia Tech and researching with the GTCAD group under the direction of Dr. Lim. I'm planning on pursuing my education in the upcoming years at Georgia Tech with a Masters and potentially a PhD in Computer Engineering.
