Where I've gone to school

Middle School

In 2000, when I arrived in the US, I attended Duluth Middle School. Initially I was enrolled in the ESOL program as suggested by the administration since English was my second language. Within a year I was in the normal English classes with everyone else and in the gifted program.

High School

For high school, I was supposed to attend Duluth High School due to the school zoning. However, Norcross High School offered the IB program which was the most prestigious academic program available in Gwinnett county for high schools. I requested to attend Norcross instead, to participate in the IB program. I attended Norcross High School for 4 years and participated in the IB program.

Undergraduate School

I graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology for Computer Engineering, summa cum laude, in the Spring of 2010. I was an active member of the Residence Hall Association (RHA). I focused on computer systems & software, particularly computer architecture and embedded systems. During my undergraduate years I become a member of Tau Beta Pi, the engineering honor society, and Eta Kappa Nu, the electrical and computer engineering honor society and was on the Georgia Tech Dean's List every year I attended. I completed research in layout composition analysis for research with the GTCAD group under the direction of Dr. Lim.
